Project Control Engineer

Job Title : Project Control Engineer– Refinery Demolition Location : Ras Laffan, Qatar Type : Full-Time | Project-Based About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Control Engineer to support the execution of a large-scale refinery demolition project. The role involves coordinating project controls, contract administration, and reporting to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery. Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update project cost, schedule, and progress tracking systems. Consolidate daily reports on manpower, equipment, and demolition progress. Support preparation of claims, variations, and extension of time requests. Manage contractual records, correspondence, and procurement documentation. Lead development and tracking of Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS). Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for timely delivery of materials and equipment. Prepare weekly and monthly progress and cost reports. Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Experience in industrial demolition, refinery, or brownfield projects preferred. Strong understanding of project controls, contract management, and HSE compliance. Proficient in MS Office and scheduling tools (MS Project or Primavera). Excellent organizational and communication skills.
