Marketing Communications & Account Manager – Chesamel Group, Qatar

The Role
We're seeking a strategic and commercially-minded Marketing & Account Manager to lead market development and client relationship management across our Qatar operations and broader GCC expansion. This is a dynamic role that bridges marketing strategy, account management, and business development—perfect for someone who thrives in building strategic partnerships and driving growth in high-value consulting markets.
You'll be responsible for positioning Chesamel\'s distinctive consulting capabilities within Qatar's rapidly evolving business landscape, leveraging Vision 2030 initiatives and the region's digital transformation agenda. You'll combine account-based marketing strategies with hands-on relationship management, working closely with clients to understand their transformation challenges and mobilise our full range of consulting services.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Communications & Brand Positioning
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communications strategies that position Chesamel's four transformation pillars and AI workforce augmentation capabilities to tier-one enterprises and government entities across the GCC
- Create and manage thought leadership initiatives, including original content, case studies, whitepapers, and articles that establish Chesamel as a trusted transformation advisor
- Lead brand messaging and positioning work, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels while tailoring narratives for different audience segments and industries
- Develop compelling go-to-market communications for new service offerings and consulting methodologies (including our Discovery Sprint and Human + AI Agent models)
- Manage the regional marketing calendar, campaigns, events, and sponsorships with strategic focus on key industry forums, summits, and networking opportunities
- Oversee digital marketing presence, including website, email campaigns, social media, and other channels to drive awareness and engagement
Account-Based Marketing & Relationship Management
Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting strategic accounts, combining targeted communications with account intelligenceServe as a key relationship contact for assigned strategic accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and understanding of client objectivesFacilitate discovery conversations and workshops to understand client transformation needs and map opportunities across our consulting pillarsCoordinate cross-pillar communications to support delivery teams and ensure seamless client experienceTrack account engagement, manage communication pipelines, and identify expansion opportunities within existing clientsBusiness Development Support
Support the sales process by preparing compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases that articulate clear ROI for our consulting interventionsCollaborate with service delivery teams to gather client success stories, data, and insights for marketing useDevelop and maintain a qualified opportunity pipeline with regular reporting and forecastingContribute to pipeline development through targeted outreach and relationship buildingAbout You
Essential Experience
Minimum 5 years in B2B marketing, marketing communications, or integrated marketing roles (agency or in-house)Proven experience developing marketing communications strategies and executing campaigns for professional services, consulting, or technology companiesStrong track record in thought leadership development, content marketing, and brand positioningExperience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and executionFamiliarity with business transformation, digital strategy, management consulting, or related service offeringsExperience in GCC / MENA markets is a significant advantage; understanding of the regional business landscape is valuableKey Competencies
