Public Relations Officer Key Responsibilities Media Relations Develop and maintain relationships with journalists bloggers and other media professionals Prepare and distribute press releases media kits and other PR materials Publicity and Events Plan and execute publicity strategies and campaigns Organize and coordinate public events press conferences and promotional activities Crisis Management Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address potential PR issues Act as a spokesperson during crises ensuring consistent and accurate communication Content Creation Write and edit speeches articles and other communication materials for senior executives Create engaging content for the company s website social media channels and newsletters Brand Management Ensure that the company s brand message is consistent across all communications Monitor public and media perception of the company and its products or services Stakeholder Communication Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for PR initiatives Manage community relations and corporate social responsibility CSR programs Analytics and Reporting Track and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and strategies Provide regular reports and insights to management on media coverage and public perception Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Public Relations Officer role or similar position Strong media relations skills and established network with media professionals Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in PR and communication tools and software Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to handle stressful situations and manage multiple projects simultaneously Location Qatar
