Delivery Specialist

Overview

Follow up with related departments after vehicle has been invoiced. Prepare all the delivery documents and registration process and get all the documents signed. Arrange the delivery area, make it memorable moment for the sales and customers and delivery the vehicle to customer in specified delivery area. Explain detailed features and show customer how to use. Brief customer for after sales : service center location, contact person, hotline etc. Assist the marketing team to take some pictures or videos. Responsibilities

Follow up with related departments after vehicle invoicing. Prepare delivery documents and manage the registration process, ensuring all documents are signed. Arrange the delivery area and create a memorable experience for sales and customers; deliver the vehicle to customers within the specified delivery area. Explain detailed vehicle features and demonstrate usage to customers. Brief customers on after-sales details : service center location, contact person, hotline, etc. Assist the marketing team with capturing pictures or videos. Qualifications

Experience in a similar position / role preferred. Knowledge of social media or marketing will be a plus. Native Arabic speaker and fluent in English. Location
