Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and maintaining records.
  • Serve as a point of contact between management and employees, ensuring timely communication and resolution of any issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and order new supplies when needed.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave requests, and performance evaluations.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English (written & spoken).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
