Speech Therapy Technician

On behalf of our client - Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapy Technician to join our team and support speech-language pathologists in providing high-quality therapy services to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of speech and language development and be committed to helping individuals improve their communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation of individualized speech therapy plans as directed by a licensed speech-language pathologist.

Conduct screenings and assessments to identify communication issues in clients.

Prepare and organize therapy materials and equipment for sessions.

Document clients' progress and report any significant changes to the supervising therapist.

Provide support and guidance to clients and their families regarding therapy goals and strategies.

Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients.

Requirements

A degree or certification in Speech Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field.

Previous experience working in a similar role or setting is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with speech therapy techniques and interventions.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Proficiency in documentation and reporting.

Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and therapy goals.
