Overview Wedding Planner

As a wedding planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning all aspects of a wedding, from the initial consultation with the client to the execution of the event. This includes working closely with the couple to understand their vision and preferences, creating a budget and timeline, sourcing and coordinating with vendors, managing logistics, and ensuring all details are executed flawlessly on the day of the wedding.

Responsibilities

Meeting with clients to discuss their vision for their wedding and understand their preferences

Creating a budget and timeline for the wedding

Sourcing and coordinating with vendors such as caterers, florists, photographers, and musicians

Assisting with contract negotiations and ensuring all necessary permits are obtained

Overseeing logistics such as transportation, accommodations, and venue setup

Managing guest lists and RSVPs

Providing guidance on etiquette and traditions related to weddings

Ensuring all details are executed flawlessly on the day of the wedding

Handling any last-minute issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process or on the day of the wedding

Qualifications

Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred

Knowledge of different cultural wedding traditions is a plus

Strong project management skills

Excellent communication skills

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

Ability to work well under pressure

Creative problem-solving abilities

Compensation and Location This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1600$, along with accommodation. City : Doha, Qatar. This position is open to candidates of all nationalities. English language proficiency is preferred but not required.
