Wedding Planner Assistant – Al-Rayyan, Qatar
We are seeking a motivated and organized Wedding Planner Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an assistant to our experienced wedding planners, you will help plan and execute weddings for our clients. This is a part-time opportunity suitable for Egyptian individuals studying in Qatar.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior wedding planners in organizing and coordinating all aspects of weddings, including venue selection, décor, catering, entertainment, and transportation
- Communicate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their special day
- Help create detailed timelines and schedules for each event
- Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive prices and high-quality services
- Attend wedding rehearsals and assist with set-up on the day of the event
- Assist with administrative tasks such as budget tracking and contract management
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
