IT Officer Job Location Qatar Key Responsibilities Provide IT support for endusers and resolve technical issues promptly Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure including servers storage firewalls and networks Configure and troubleshoot POS systems and access points Ensure network and data security compliance Document and maintain IT procedures and standards Qualifications Graduate or Diploma in Information Technology 47 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills Skills Expertise in server and storage systems Familiarity with firewall configurations and network switches Strong interpersonal and communication skills
