Working hours : 12 hrs (Day & Night shift)

Salary : 10K QR for 12 hrs + Food + Executive Bachelor Accommodation + Transportation

Job Details :

• Engineers shall perform the isolations / restorations required for circuits / equipment according to switching program and Restore all Supply after completion.
• Engineers shall fill up all required site forms for substation, transformers, switchgear, MV / LV panel operation, monitor, preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Engineers shall have Experience in testing and commissioning associated with HV substations. Work experience in National and distribution control centres for conducting End to end testing of new substations. At least ten (10) years of working experience in Maintenance, testing and with protection schemes Candidate must possess at least Bachelors / Engineering degree (Electrical / Electronic) or equivalent.
• Engineers shall contribute towards achievement of electrical effectiveness and quality of services. Engineers shall implement switching operation and maintenance program for 11kv & 0.415kv substation equipment.
• Engineers shall able to analyze and resolve problems independently and efficiently.
• Engineers shall able to rectify the communication issues with SCADA systems.
• Engineers shall able to develop written test procedures to perform operation, monitor, Preventive, Corrective and Breakdown Maintenance.
• Engineers shall able to develop relay testing procedure, prior to perform testing of relays.
• Engineers shall Lead investigations of electrical related issues, including root cause analysis as needed.
• Engineers shall able to calibrate & perform functional tests on both electromechanical and micro-processor based protective relays / Meters for substations and other systems covered under this contract.
• Engineers shall capable of trouble shooting primary and distribution power networks.
• Engineers shall have a minimum of four years of experience of relay test software for testing the protection relays.
• Engineers shall have experience in installing, maintaining, testing, or repairing circuit breakers, transformers, switchgear, or similar equipment.
• Engineers shall able to read and fully understand protection and control schematic diagrams and wiring diagrams and catch mistakes and problems with the drawings and design when comparing with available drawing.
• Engineers shall have knowledge of engineering designs, principles and practices, Broad knowledge and experience with regulations, guides, standards, codes methods, practices, and advanced engineering principles necessary to perform very complex or unique assignments for a specific discipline, various installations or services.
• Engineers shall prepare and submit the switching program to COMPANY for approval.
• One of Engineer shall have required permit (LOA) to work in RLFM 2 as well as in PRB 31 from Kahramaa in order to perform maintenance work in 132 / 11 KV power transformer, Protection relay & 11 KV switchgears.
