Job Description

Post Applied for : Design CAD Draughtsman Professional Objective Application for the position of Senior CADD Operator-Designer, utilizing my board skills and exploit my extensive exposure and experience in Professional AutoCad Operator. Professional Experience

• More than Sixteen (23) years experience as ACAD Operator in the field of CIVIL, ARCHITECTURAL, STRUCTURAL, MEP, INFRASTRUCTURE, INTERIOR, LANDSCAPE drawings, Steel Fabrication, shop drawings and As-Built drawings etc.
• Having excellent knowledge and work experience in AutoCAD R2018, 2017 and below versions. Also able to work in Micro Station, M.S. Word, MS Excel.
• Preparation of site layout, site logistics layout, site construction zoning, site and tower level construction sequences and site crane layout.
• Preparation of site demarcation and control station plan, dewatering well point location room mock up site layout & project organization chart.
• Preparation of Architectural drawings : Building layouts, sketches, schematic and isometric diagram as per site requirements.
• Preparation of Structural drawings for R.C.C. and steel buildings.
• Preparation of Mechanical drawings : Duct layout of HVAC, Fire Fighting systems and safety layouts.
• Preparation of plumbing drawings of storm water drainage system layout, Sanitary waste water collection system layout and it’s profiles. Also include potable water &TSE irrigation water distribution system layout.
• Preparation of Electric Power and lighting layouts and details of Commercial, Residential and Industrial buildings.
• Preparation of As-Built drawings, construction schedule & progress bar chart by AutoCAD.
