Facility Coordinator

Recruiter Location : Qatar

We are looking for a Manpower Coordinator who can confidently handle manpower operations, address employee concerns effectively, and provide timely solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate manpower requirements across various projects.

Identify and recruit suitable candidates locally within Qatar.

Handle employee issues with confidence and professionalism.

Coordinate with site teams to ensure manpower availability and smooth operations.

Requirements

Strong knowledge and background in MEP fields (HVAC, AC, Plumbing, Electrical, Civil, etc.)

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

Previous experience in manpower coordination or a similar role is highly preferred.

Must be proactive, organized, and able to work independently.

Relevant experience in manpower coordination (preferably in facility management or construction industry)
