ICA System Manager

Job Description

Overview

The ICA System Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, integration, and maintenance of Instrumentation, Control, and Automation systems within building facilities. This role ensures optimal performance of ICA systems, compliance with Qatar regulations, and alignment with sustainability and operational efficiency goals. The position requires strong technical expertise in MEP engineering and ICA systems, leadership in managing complex projects, and fluency in Arabic for effective stakeholder engagement.

Your role

System Design & Integration

• Lead the design and integration of ICA systems for building services, including HVAC, electrical, water, and energy management systems.
• Ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure and compliance with Qatar Construction.
• Specifications (QCS) and international standards.
• Review and approve ICA system drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
