IT Telecom technician

Supervise the installation configuration and maintenance of telecom systems including but not limited to voice data and video communication systems Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely deployment and integration of telecom solutions Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to telecom infrastructure ensuring minimal downtime and disruptions to operations Conduct regular inspections and audits of telecom equipment and facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and endusers on telecomrelated matters Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement telecom solutions that meet the organizations requirements and objectives Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the telecommunications industry recommending innovations and enhancements to improve efficiency and performance Maintain accurate documentation and records of telecom systems configurations and maintenance activities Participate in training programs and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance skills and expertise in telecom technologies
