Senior Field Service Engineer PMS at Energy Job Search. ABB is a global leader delivering progress to customers across industries. This position reports to Project Manager and is onsite in Qatar within the PAEN-Qatar area.

Responsibilities

• Execute service work of medium to high complexity as per work instructions and ABB guidelines, delivering excellent customer service.
• Identify opportunities in the installed base to improve system and operational performance, in collaboration with customers.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction by planning and executing service work per customer orders and expectations.
• Ensure customer retention by communicating service timelines and expectations clearly.
• Identify new service business opportunities for ABB in cooperation with customers and other ABB teams.
• Coach technicians and engineers and supervise complex site activities.
