Summary
Duties and responsibilities related to the Events Sales Coordinator role :
- Support the Events Sales Manager to promote, sell, plan and execute a wide range of events within the hotel including weddings, corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings
- Prepare sales-related materials such as proposals, contracts, and event orders
- Conduct site visits showcasing facilities and events spaces
- Offer clients comprehensive insight of the hotel offerings and recommend food & beverage options and accommodation
- Serve as a primary contact for clients and guests, addressing inquiries about the hotel
