We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Recruitment Specialist
to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various departments within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong corporate recruitment experience and a solid understanding of the Qatar market.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various sourcing channels.
Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job requirements.
Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Experience in using
recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and other online job portals
for sourcing and talent acquisition.
Proven experience in
manpower planning, recruitment budgeting, and coordination with department heads
for workforce requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of
5 years of recruitment experience in Qatar , preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
