الوصف الوظيفيEducation : Diploma graduate. Core Experience : Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in sourcing and supplier negotiation. Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Oracle software is preferred. Professional Skills : Excellent communication, organizational and negotiation skills. Industry Background : Demonstrable experience in marine industrial or logistics industry (marine sector highly preferred).
Location : Doha Qatar
Job Duration : 6 Months Contract (Extendable)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Purchase Coordinator to join our team. This critical role is responsible for managing our procurement and sourcing activities requiring a candidate with a specific set of skills and experience. The ideal candidate will be a proactive negotiator with a strong background in our industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic sourcing and supplier management.
- Conducting supplier negotiations to secure optimal terms.
- Managing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Collaborating with internal departments to fulfill material and service requirements.
