Mannai ICTMannai ICT the Information Communication Technology Division of Mannai Corporation is Qatar s leading systems integrator with over 30 years serving over 5 000 clients Mannai ICT offers endtoend IT solutions including networking servers storage software applications and digital transformation As the Platinum Partner for HP in Qatar Mannai ICT delivers cuttingedge IT infrastructure and enterprise solutions across all industries With specialized divisions like Microsoft Solutions InfoTech and Office Equipment Mannai ICT supports Qatar s technological transformation with innovative and reliable services We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Awareness Specialist to join our team We are looking for candidates with a strong background in cybersecurity awareness training and a deep understanding of information security principles This position will be on a contractual basis for 2 to 3 years extendable Key Responsibilities Ensure that our security awareness program meets all Healthcare regulations standards and compliance requirements Ensure security awareness program communicates security policies procedures guidelines and other requirements so that employees understand and comply with them Develop and maintain a security awareness program that effectively changes employees to be the first line of cyber security defense Develop manage and implement positive security awareness content which focuses on changing behaviors both at work and at home Incorporate security awareness into classroom and virtual learning including new hire orientation new manager training and other events Will be responsible for phishing assessment and campaigns Manage the cybersecurity learning management system Measurement and reporting of campaign effectiveness and training attendance Understanding of the concepts of information risks and the different elements that make up risk In addition have at a minimum a basic understanding of the different concepts of information security Familiarity with local and regional regulatory information security requirements Ability to appropriately balance security awareness needs with business impact and benefit Skilled in presentations and briefings Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned
