Job Summary :
Training and capacity building for the HR team.Full execution of the monthly payroll process.Organizational structure management.Employee data management.Time and attendance management.Recruitment and staffing managementMain Job Responsibilities of the SAP HCM Expert :
1. System and Organizational Structure Management
Updating the system in accordance with business requirements and regulations, while coordinating with the Civil Service Commission's support team to ensure updates meet our needs. In case of discrepancies, the expert maintains ongoing communication to revise updates until full alignment is achieved.Managing organizational structures including units, job titles, and locations; making necessary changes such as reassigning employees to new departments or updating titles due to promotion or reassignment.Configuring and customizing SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, Payroll, and Talent Management.2. Human Resources Operations Management
Supporting and executing recruitment processes, troubleshooting system errors or delays during hiring, and training both new and current recruitment staff on steps such as job creation, linking jobs to pay grades and family jobs.Overseeing the full employee lifecycle—from hiring to separation—including end-of service settlements, coordinating approvals with the Ministry of Finance, and ensuring timely payment of dues.Managing performance evaluations, preparing related promotion documentation for senior management, calculating allowance entitlements, and obtaining necessary approvals.Training and onboarding new HR employees on their functional responsibilities within SAP and ensuring smooth system adoption.Enabling self-service HR certificate generation for employees through the system, complete with official signature and stamp, eliminating the need for manual HR intervention.3. Payroll and Benefits Administration
Configuring and executing payroll processes in compliance with national laws, including full input and processing of payroll data.Resolving payroll processing errors and ensuring accuracy of all salary records and monthly allowances.Sending bank transfer files separately to each bank, along with court-mandated deductions.Preparing monthly and quarterly expenditure reports for the Budget and Treasury Departments at the Ministry of Finance.Training the sole payroll officer at the entity to independently resolve issues that may arise during monthly payroll processing.Communicating directly with courts to record legal deductions in the system—whether for government, individual, or customs-related claims—and ensuring monthly submission of supporting documents for each employee.4. Compensation and Benefits
Managing financial entitlements such as bonuses and allowances (e.g., car or mobile usage allowances), ensuring they are correctly entered and reflected in the system, and following up with HR personnel to notify employees.Running monthly periodic allowance adjustments that impact base salaries and job nature allowances, ensuring accurate individual calculations and payroll updates.In cases of employee termination, monitoring outstanding dues, coordinating with the legal department to initiate lawsuits if necessary, and compiling relevant financial documentation for court submission.Preparing monthly official letters detailing periodic rises or promotions, signed by the Head of HR and issued to each affected employee.5. Time and Attendance Management
Coordinating with the IT team to integrate attendance and departure records with the Mawared system.Managing leave and absence records, including retroactive adjustments for current or previous years.Working with the IT team to ensure seamless integration between biometric or attendance systems and SAP.6. Reporting and Analytics.
Collaborating with the Civil Service Commission’s support team to activate key HR reports within the system, allowing HR personnel to easily extract accurate data and minimizing manual report errors.7. Technical Support and Issue Resolution
Resolving system issues and providing end-user support to both employees and managers.Conducting system testing following updates or configuration changes and notifying technical support at the Commission.Fixing daily operational errors caused by system updates.Assisting new employees in obtaining system access and supporting them in navigating the SAP environment as needed.8. Legal Compliance and System Updates
Ensuring system compliance with HR-related legal and regulatory updates, such as labor laws and social security changes.Example : Requesting a change in the bank report module to adjust the retirement contribution rate from 5% to 7% and including housing in deduction calculations.
9. User Training and Enablement
Training HR teams on SAP HCM functionality—both existing team members during system updates and newly onboarded staff.Conducting workshops for staff in employee affairs, recruitment, and payroll, providing simplified guidance on using the system, and maintaining user manuals (e.g., recorded tutorial videos).Apply now
