Job Title : Night Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Night Auditor to join our team at a hotel in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions during the night shift and providing exceptional customer service to guests.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all nightly audit-related duties including reviewing and compiling financial reports, reconciling credit card transactions, and balancing accounts
• Address any guest inquiries or complaints in a professional and efficient manner
• Prepare and distribute daily reports to management
• Monitor and maintain the security of the hotel during the night shift
• Assist with the check-in / check-out process for guests as needed
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations throughout the night
• Provide excellent customer service at all times, handling any issues or concerns promptly and effectively
• Keep accurate records of all financial transactions during the night shift
