DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Greet and escort customers guests Present menu and provide detailed information on hot cold beverages Offer menu recommendations upon request Take accurate orders repeat orders on time as per the sequence Serve food and drink orders Arrange table settings of meeting conference rooms Follow all relevant health regulations Provide excellent service to guests Report lost found items immediately to the responsible team leader Supervisor Knowledge in preparing various ranges of hot cold beverages tea coffee etc Dress in complete company uniform during working hours Ensure adequate availability of kitchen supplies materials Ensure the pantry is cleaned well organized before leaving duly Adhere properly to telephone orders for company guests Maintains proper grooming and a high standard of personal hygiene and to meet mandated health compliance regulations at all time
