QA / QC Engineer (MEP Projects) – Al Futtaim Engineering

To ensure excellence in Quality Assurance and Control throughout all operations, processes, and documentation of the company, the responsibilities include : Ensure the completion of internal ISO Quality System Audits of departments and sites. Assess and implement total quality management systems throughout the company. Deliver materials related to quality to sites. Assist other companies under the Group with obtaining ISO certifications. Coordinate with external certification bodies during external audits. Collect installation reports done by third-party quality inspections from Bureau Veritas. Lead quality award and recognition campaigns by implementing best quality practices with internal business excellence teams and external consultants. Collect feedback from main contractors, consultants, and project representatives regarding the efficiency of site installations. Analyze customer survey feedback and propose corrective actions related to quality control. Prepare specialized reports on Facilities Management customers' feedback for the Senior Executive Director. Conduct random quality checks and surprise visits to the Ducts division. Internal Work Relationships within Group : All departments of M&E and project sites : departmental and site procedures, training requirements, internal audits conducted, non-conformities reported to departments and project sites. External Work Relationships : ISO Certification agency : external quality management audits.
