Piping Engineer Pipeline Layout

Key Responsibilities Design and layout piping systems for various industrial and commercial projects Perform detailed design calculations including pipe sizing routing and material selection Prepare piping isometrics plant layout drawings and schematics Oversee the installation testing and commissioning of piping systems Coordinate with construction teams project managers and other engineers to ensure efficient project execution Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards ASME ANSI etc Review and ensure quality control in piping designs and installations Provide technical support during the procurement and construction phases Requirements Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Proven experience as a Piping Engineer with a focus on Pipeline Layout Prior experience in Qatar or the GCC region is highly preferred Strong knowledge of piping codes standards and design practices Experience in piping stress analysis material selection and layout optimization Proficiency in AutoCAD SP3D or similar piping design software Excellent problemsolving teamwork and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines
