Civil Supervisor

A Civil Supervisor is responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring they are completed safely on time and within budget Key responsibilities include Managing Operations Oversee daily operations on construction sites ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards Coordinating Teams Work closely with site engineers and manage construction teams to monitor progress and resolve issues Quality Control Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications Stakeholder Communication Liaise with stakeholders including clients and contractors to provide updates and address concerns Project Management Develop and manage project schedules budgets and resources to ensure successful project completion This role requires expertise in civil engineering project management and strong leadership skills
