CNC Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to set up operate and maintain CNC machines to produce highquality precision parts The ideal candidate will have experience in programming troubleshooting and ensuring the efficient running of CNC equipment Key Responsibilities Read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and specifications Set up CNC machines according to production specifications Load and unload materials and ensure correct positioning Program or input commands into CNC machines based on job requirements Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or deviations Perform routine maintenance and calibration of CNC equipment Inspect finished parts for quality and adherence to specifications Record production data and report any issues to supervisors Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent technical certification or training in CNC machining preferred Proven experience operating CNC machines Knowledge of CNC programming languages such as Gcode Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills Good communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of safety standards and protocols
