Candidate will be working closely with the Secondment / ODC vendors in scheduling interviews for the shortlisted candidates and ensuring the SLAs are met
Support the onboarding process by assisting the candidates in issuing / replacing the ID and Access cards.
Assist in vendor queries and support consultant.
Have a good written and spoken English knowledge
Has a minimum of 2 to 3 years of working experience as an office admin with preferable HR onboarding experience
Hands on experience on tools like MS word, excel, outlook
