Qatar Parsons is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traffic - Civil 3D Modeler to join our team in Doha, Qatar! In this role, you will be responsible for developing 2D designs and 3D models for Signs & Marking, Directional Signs, Traffic Signals, and ITS / UGN systems using AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D software. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications while delivering high-quality traffic design models. What You'll Be Doing :

Develop accurate and detailed 2D designs and 3D models for Signs & Marking, Directional Signs, Traffic Signals, and ITS / UGN systems using AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D software. Perform dimensional and routine calculations required for drawing preparation and ensure accuracy in layouts and drawings. Utilize a CAD workstation to prepare engineering drawings and models, including layout plans, profiles, cross-sections, structure details, assemblies, and multiview blocks, based on rough sketches or general engineering information. Collaborate with design engineers to develop and finalize design drawings and 3D models for assigned projects. Perform clash analysis, generate clash reports, and update 3D models as per design changes. Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare detailed reports. Ensure compliance with CAD standards, ISO 19650 workflows, and approval processes. Utilize technical manuals and directives to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and company policies. Perform quality checks on drawings and models, making adjustments as necessary to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements. Maintain a working knowledge of highways, signs and marking, directional signs, traffic signal, and ITS / UGN drawings. Effectively manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines. Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. What Required Skills You'll Bring :

Associate's or equivalent technical degree / diploma in engineering or a related field, or equivalent technical certification from an accredited institution. Minimum of 7 years of experience working on Traffic and Highways projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Navisworks. Experienced user of ProjectWise / ACC Navigator with a strong understanding of drawing / document management procedures. Strong knowledge of traffic design disciplines, including Signs & Marking, Directional Signs, Traffic Signals, and ITS / UGN systems. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with project teams and internal stakeholders. What Desired Skills You'll Bring :

Familiarity with ISO 19650 workflows and approval processes. Experience in performing clash analysis and generating clash reports. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
