Update and maintain schedule data to ensure project consistency and optimisation

Ensure contractor and sub contractors provide resource loaded schedules at determined intervals to make sure construction is being completed on time and within budget

Production of labour histograms

Production of construction plan for complete project over given schedule and time frames

Ensure key mile stones are achieved
