NURSE URGENT

Responsibilities

• Offer direct care to designated individuals.
• Take the nursing background, sum up data, as well as state nursing medical diagnoses and client treatment requirements.
• Provide experienced, safe, alternative and culturally competent, person-centred nursing care to clients, households, community as well as culture, in partnership with the multidisciplinary team irrespective of health care setups.
• Provide and review direct client treatment.
• Collaborate nursing solutions with the services of other healthcare techniques.
• Review the quality and appropriateness of care.
• Accept accountability for services supplied to receivers and for very own actions and decision-making and related outcome.
• Provide nursing treatment and practices, aligning with the Registered Nurse Scope of Practice as the ethical and professional framework, considering socio-cultural requirements of people, families, communities and culture.
• Implement recommended interventions (e.g. diagnostic examinations, medications) and perform independent nursing interventions (e.g. patient or client and family education).
• Ensure the implementation, control and continuous analysis of the person or customer care strategy.
• Abide by infection-control procedures.
• Inspect and preserve nursing materials supply.
• Monitor and coordinate maintenance of equipment.
