Job Description

Job Purpose & Key Accountabilities

Provide comprehensive logistics (material) support service for various EPCIC Packages by working closely with warehouse, materials, and logistics teams.

Ensure material logistics between onshore and offshore locations operate with maximum efficiency to support offshore operations.

Conduct multiple cargo inspections at various contractor premises based on the shipment plan.

Coordinate the cargo run and shipping schedules for Platform Supply Vessels (PSVs) supporting different EPCIC packages.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain awareness of and comply with all relevant statutory and company HSE standards.

Demonstrate personal commitment to HSE policies and promote awareness among contractors.

Support HSE procedures in contractor yards in coordination with the HSE department.

Actively participate in safety initiatives and awareness programs.

Foster a value-focused work environment and encourage safety-conscious problem-solving.

Promote a culture of safety and responsibility within the logistics team.

Operations Management

Serve as the onshore logistics base focal point between company, contractor, and vendors.

Inspect and release cargo units and equipment for offshore dispatch, ensuring compliance with lifting and logistics procedures.

Coordinate contractor material deliveries to the warehouse in line with project requirements.

Monitor contractor-owned equipment (e.g., CCUs, special tools), and oversee storage and preservation at contractor facilities.

Review and coordinate supply vessel and shipping plans with warehouse operations.

Act as focal point for import / export matters requiring freight forwarding support.

Oversee handover process for future well hook-up materials, capital and operational spares.

Provide functional support for business tools such as SAP and Kabal.

Support the issuance and tracking of materials used to meet contingency requirements.

Reporting & Tracking

Maintain and update material registers, monitor NCRs, and track QA / QC documentation.

Submit weekly activity reports to the logistics lead.

Track temporary equipment mobilized offshore.

Requirements

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Minimum Experience :

Minimum 7+ years in a supervisory logistics or warehouse role, preferably within a systemized warehouse environment.

At least 5 years of experience in the offshore oil and gas industry (drilling, production, construction, or projects).

Technical Skills :

Strong understanding of safe practices in material handling.

Knowledge of material storage and preservation standards.

Experience with shipping documentation and customs clearance procedures.

Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

SAP trained.

Experience with KABAL preferred.
