Position Summary :
The F&B Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality service, maintaining staff efficiency, and achieving excellent customer satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on leader with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to train and motivate the team.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise day-to-day operations in all F&B outlets to ensure smooth service delivery.
Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and ensure proper grooming and behavior.
Coordinate between kitchen and service staff to maintain timely food delivery.
Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
Handle guest complaints professionally and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Conduct pre-service briefings and assign duties to service staff.
Ensure proper inventory management of F&B supplies and initiate procurement when needed.
Monitor dining areas and staff stations for cleanliness and efficiency.
Assist in planning and organizing special events, banquets, and promotions.
Generate daily operational reports and escalate issues to the F&B Manager.
Essential Qualifications :
Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
Certification in Food Safety & Hygiene (preferred).
Skills Required :
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications (MS Office).
Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving skills.
