Job Position Office Secretary Company Name Instant Technology for Trading and Contracting Location Doha Qatar We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Secretary to join our team in Doha Qatar The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a contracting and trade company Requirements Qatari residency You must have a valid Qatari residency visa Minimum 5 years of experience Proven experience as an office secretary or in a similar role Contracting and trade experience Experience working in a contracting and trade company is highly desirable Fluent in English Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Hardworking and energetic Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and maintain a high level of productivity Creative and proactive Ability to think creatively and proactively solve problems Responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate records and files Provide administrative support to the team Coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements Ensure efficient communication and correspondence Perform other administrative tasks as required
