Accountant

Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and statements Process accounts payable and receivable transactions Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies Assist with monthend and yearend closing procedures Prepare and submit tax filings and ensure compliance with Qatari tax regulations Assist with budgeting and forecasting Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors as needed Requirements Proven experience as an accountant ideally in a similar industry Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations Proficiency in accounting software e g QuickBooks SAP Strong analytical and problemsolving skills Excellent communication and organizational skills A degree in Accounting Finance or a related field ACCA CPA or similar certification is a plus Knowledge of Qatari financial regulations is preferred
