IT Technician

Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for hardware software and network issues Install configure and maintain IT equipment and systems Troubleshoot and resolve ITrelated problems promptly Manage user accounts permissions and security protocols Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation Assist in implementing IT projects and upgrades Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place and updated Requirements Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role Knowledge of computer hardware operating systems and network configurations Familiarity with security protocols and data protection measures Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills Good communication and customer service abilities Relevant certifications e g CompTIA Microsoft Cisco are a plus
