Description
Key Responsibilities :
Install, calibrate, and maintain field instrumentation (pressure, temperature, level, flow, etc.)
Troubleshoot and repair faulty instruments and control systems.
Perform scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance.
Ensure proper loop checks and participate in commissioning of new instruments and control systems.
Read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, loop diagrams, and manuals.
Work with DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems to support control and automation functions.
Maintain documentation of maintenance work, calibration records, and compliance logs.
Follow safety standards, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems.
Support shutdowns, turnarounds, and project implementation.
Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and control teams for efficient plant operations.
